An inspection of the ponds and waterfall was performed this afternoon and not only is the waterfall operational as the contractor promised, but the ponds look beautiful!

Given the excessive heat and rain this year, this is no small task!  As we’ve seen in past years, this combination can cause serious algae issues in the water, which is difficult to combat.  The new contractor hired this year, however, has the matter well under control and is staying on top of the necessary treatments to prevent any problems in the future.

We hope you enjoy the beauty of the area, and that you’ll let us know immediately should any problems arise with not only the falls and ponds, but any where on the property!

In case you haven't noticed, the ponds on the property have been cleaned of all debris and algae and are looking beautiful!!

We've been told the replacement part for the waterfall has finally arrived, and the contractor has told us that they'll have it up and running by tomorrow afternoon.

Unfortunately, the parts needed to repair the waterfall did not arrive as scheduled.  We are in close contact with the contractor and vendor in an attempt to obtain these parts as quickly as possible. 

We will keep you posted with any developments in the repair process, and greatly appreciate your patience in this matter.
